BEAR GLITCH ABOUNDING

When I encounter a bear it glitches out and zips all over the screen before it kills me. Playing an unmodified stalker survival run regardless of location. It happens with any bear I see, over and over {see video link below}.
I have tried starting run over. Verifying files in steam. Reinstalling game. Nothing works.
How can I fix this? Can I somehow do a fresh install that restores all settings back to default? If so. how?

I had this happen to me too in a past patch. Not with bears but with wolves. I don't trust anything in this game, I assume it will teleport, sink into the ground, etc etc. Hopefully all these bugs can be patched up after the game is out of early access.
