question Episode 4 stuck? (Spoilers)

So there's this part in Ep 4 where you just enter the steam tunnels and you have to turn a valve to unfreeze a door. The problem I'm having is that the door is locked and I can't find a key for it. Is that door supposed to be locked? Is there a puzzle I'm missing? What else am I supposed to do here to get the door open?

Yup, I ran into the same problem.  I completed the steam puzzle, pulled the last switch and watched the ice melt from the control room door.  This should have unlocked the door to continue.  However, even with the ice melted the door is locked.  I am running on a Windows PC with the game running through Steam.

I ran into this exact problem last night. I ended up exiting the game and loading the last main checkpoint right after the phone call. When I went back into the steam tunnels everything worked just fine. I'm playing on Switch

You clicking the wrong part of the door. You have to click the right side for some reason.

I think there is an issue if you move one of the other switches prior to the last one.  Even though the ice melts the door doesn't unlock.  I ran through the full section from a previous save point and was able to get through the door.

I just tried this. Can confirm - starting from the previous checkpoint and not changing any switches after completing each step of the puzzle avoids the locked doors.
