Wondering About Copyright

Hey everyone! 

So I'm a YouTube/Soundcloud musician just starting out as a composer. I love The Long Dark, and I would love to make an Epic Cover/Medley of the Long Dark Wintermute Themes. Specifically the Menu Music for Episode 2, and Episode 3. However, I want to do it legally without stealing from you guys, obviously. Just wondering how I would obtain permission to do that, if possible.
