Since windows 10 update and TLD update save files gone from game

Yesterday TLD and windows both updated (not sure if it was a TLD update but have the new messages up front about episode 3 etc). Now my save files are gone from the game as are my feats. I'm 290 days in and one location from achieving Faithful Cartrographer. I found the files in windows folder. Please help!

It would probably be best for you to submit a ticket on the support portal.  If it's really a result of the windows 10 update, I don't know how much they can help... but it's worth while to submit a ticket and see if they can.  There is a link on the main page but I will include it here as well for convenience:
