Question regarding water bottles

If it's -1 degrees in almost all buildings, then how can there be water bottles with fluid water?

The better question, is how is it that the water bottles that are in fishing hut containers (which are out where the temperature is routinely well below -20 C) always have liquid water in them.

I don't know maybe it's for gameplay reasons? If you would have to thaw out everything you have all the time it would get ultra stalker hard, not to mention tedious

Well I can understand the water in buildings not freezing, or at least taking a long while to freeze. While -1 C is technically below the freezing point of water, it would still take quite a while at that temperature for water to freeze solid. Water outdoors, on the other hand... I don't think it would add a great deal to the difficulty, it just might mean that you have to carry more water with you, since if you keep it close to your body it won't freeze.

Still tho realism man, if it is this cold water should not be liquid and should take energy to warm up to a liquid state
