Can't report Bug

Hi All,

it happened to me today (not the first time since I use Windows 10) that the game crashed and made a dump file. I wanted to send the files to the Bug Report, but when I clicked the "+" sign (Create new case) nothing happened. I tried it with Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer. I was logged in to the forums each time.

Any hint someone?

That happened to me about 6 hours ago.  When I tried now, it was working.

Not being able to report a bug qualifies as a bug itself and should be reported as such.
