Executed419
I think that sleeping on floor, even on snow should be allowed. It could bring some debuffs, like back pain (slower movement), worse rest and freezing (sleeping on floor or snow isn't too warm).
private duksworth
the mechanic might need you to select the mode of sleep but I feel like there is no real reason for it. bedrolls are common (I think there is six in game maybe more) and why would you just want to sleep in the snow. most houses have beds and having the extra 1kg is no real deal as it is a small amount compared to some of the more heavier stuff in the game. (I'm looking at you hunting rifle y u so heavy) its a nice idea and I encourage you do have more great ideas like this as I'm not putting you down in anyway but I see no real use for this mechanic. Seshins
I think if you have no bedroll it could be a good idea - it seems to make no sense that if you've lost or have forgotten your bedroll somewhere (we've all done it) that you can't just lie down to sleep. As mentioned in OP's post it could have some serious debuffs to make it a last chance option. Maybe you could even only sleep 1 hour max or something. kathabigqueen
It's an idea, but if so anywhere can be a saving point, that may lead to an unbalanced boring situation, cause the game is designed to be saved only on limited condition. Maybe you just remember to take your bedroll so everything solved.
odizzido
I've wanted to sleep on the floor before. I'd like it.
