suggestion When equipping a rifle, use the one with ammo

Right now, equipping a rifle from the radial menu or the hotkey '2' takes the rifle with the highest durability, not the one with ammo. 

Picking up the rifle in the desolation point cave basically makes you easy meat for scruffy. (It had 99% durability and 0 ammo -- maybe just bad luck, but the quick-equip option should default to the gun with ammo.)

yeah, agreed I had the same problem once when heading home to pv homestead.used hotkey to pull out rifle when a bear started charging me. Click,click uh oh, luckily I had just enough time to go into inventory to equip the loaded rifle, but damn was it close must have dropped that thing about 2feet away.

so yeah this should be fixed.
