Eames
OSX 10.9.5 Wasn't there before Cabin Fever update. How to reproduce: Launch game for the first time Either open Inventory's clothing (specifically) tab or open a container Game freezes for about 20 seconds Continue playing Player.log
karabass
For me it also freezes first time when I'm opening the inventory and second time when I'm switching to a different tab of inventory. But it freezes for 2-3 seconds only. I got Macbook Pro with fast SSD so maybe it the game caches something from HDD thats why it's fast on SSD and slower on a classic HDD. hauteecolerider
I too have noticed the momentary freezing. I rather suspect it is loading the cache from the save game into the RAM. I also have a 2012 MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11 El Capitan. HDD only, NVIDIA graphics with 1 GB VRAM, 8 GB RAM. I don't really consider it an annoyance as it only happens when I open a container or the inventory tab the first time after launching the game. After that it opens fine. ElvisHunter
I'm using a loaded IMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) using 10.11.5 and also experience this lag (2-3 seconds). I find it quite the annoyance. Nothing is more immersion breaking than weird computer glitches.
