Flare vs empty flare weight

I noticed we carry full and used/empty flares until we drop them and they both seem to weigh the same! wtf

At present v.325 both used and empty flares weigh the same 0.25kg.

I suggest an empty/used flares should weigh at least half or more when used. Maybe 0.10kg or less?

Support this. The flare is burning chemicals so it is combining things with O2 to and in doing so the heat given off will reduce the weight of the flare.
