Wolf through the floor

I know this is probably something that others have reported before, but I didn't see it on a quick scan of the forum. Fluffy the Carter Hydro Dam wolf managed to die with his head through the walkway floor, which I thought was absolutely hilarious -- until I realized that my arrow was still stuck in his head and now I can't get it. Even leaving the dam and coming back in only made the arrow end up on the floor, which is still out of reach even if I crouch.

Thanks. It's a bummer, but at least it wasn't my only arrow!
