Xbox syncing data issue

Sorry to hear that this is happening to you. One quick step that I would like you to try on your Xbox is go to Settings->Power->Reboot - This should force your Xbox to sync back up to the MS cloud services. Please let us know how that works for you.

Hi Raph,

Thanks for the quick response. All fixed. Seems to have been a xbox one cloud issue. I did a hard restart and deleted my profile and save data in manage game. Saved games are back from the cloud. Sorry for the false alarm. My wife and I absolutely love the game. Keep up the great work and have a happy holiday.
