I'm late but do NOT use mods from Nexus, they are mostly obsolete and unverified.

https://xpazeman.com/tld-mod-list/ is the one you need. It's maintained and verified, safe to be downloaded.

If you mean to transfer kerosene from one container to another, then yes. Fuel Manager does that. Get it on the website (tldmods)
