Tom depa

Not sure what is called in English but in Swedish it's called "Tom depa". What happened there?

I'm not sure anything other than the storm and earthquakes did happen there...   I don't read the notes etc so I don't know if that tftft areas are even mentioned...   

We could just blame rudiger but honestly I have no idea..

I’m going to guess the earthquake damaged the infrastructure beyond repair, so it was abandoned like the rest of Great Bear.
