How many regions has the supply cache?

I mean the things that you find under the snow with the help of the handheld radio (yellow signal)

I've found them in FM, PV, CH and ML so far. 

Does every region and sub-region have these buried supply caches?

FA (Transmitter) - 4
FM (Transmitter) - 3
BRR - 1 (found with blue signal)
ML - 3
BI - 2
MT (Transmitter) - 2
HRV - 3
PV(Transmitter) - 3
TWM - 2
BR (Transmitter) - 2
AC - 2
DP (Transmitter) - 1
CH - 3 (1 being box at downed airplane)
