CH Beach Combing

It had been a while since visiting CH so thought I'd return and check the coast.  I had encountered no blizzard yet, but I found a ton of stuff!  I thought this screenshot was interesting so thought I'd share.  Who said fish can't fly??!   That was: flare gun, 2 shells and marine flare in the distance.

hozz1235, that is a nice haul in one CH beach combing location. To date I have found plenty of flare shells but never a flare gun.

My experience within CH is that there are two sorts of beach combing loot: (1) persistent items that appear independent of blizzards and proceed to reappear every 7 days or so after they are collected and (2) boats, canoes, corpses, deer, wolf, pallets, boards, backpacks, suitcases and filing cabinets that show up only after a blizzard and remain available about 2-3 days.
