New stat idea - Morale

Morale would be sustained by staying warm, well fed, well slept and uninjured. Pain, blood loss, thirst, starvation, disease or any other negative status effects will cause morale to drain.

High Morale for 3 days would result in all other stats reducing more slowly, an increase in carrying capacity (5 kg), increased rate of condition recovery, improved accuracy with firearms/bow and a struggle bonus.

Zero Morale would see stamina and food drain more quickly, would add an increased damage debuff, reduced carrying capacity (-5kg) and reduce the rate condition regenerates.
