Flare gun /shell locations in BlackRock?

Does anyone know where ,if any, flare /shells are located in BlackRock? Thanks!

I've only found random ones in containers (file cabinets, desks, corpses).  Extra ones will occasionally wash up on the various beaches in Coastal Highway, Bleak Inlet, and Desolation Point.

Ok thanks.  Not overly familiar with the place myself.  Wasn't sure if there was a definite spawn site or not.

Individual flare shells pop up as random drops every now and then.  I think I have come across like three or four or five in all of the Blackrock region and prison.

The only likely spawn site for a distress pistol and flare shells, in the orange emergency signaling kit, would be (in my limited experience) in Keeper's Pass North.  Everywhere else it was only single flare shells.
