Post update Redbox locations?

In the past, when the game updates with a new update/region, somethings that are in previously explored areas are scooped up and put into RED Boxes in various places.
In my current Stalker game, I've been to BR, FM, MT, HRV as well as some ML and BI locations. Where would I expect to find any RED Boxes in these regions?

I believe HL only does that if they alter an existing area in some one which would result in the possible loss of gear to the player.
