Ep4 help..broken bridge? Power guy 1?

I can't seem to cross the broken wooden bridge. I'm in front of it. Can't walk or crouch. I am stuck literally. Even rebooted game. Nothing. Watched YouTube video where the guy simply walked across to get to other side. Is this a bug? I'm suppose to go over to other side of cliff for power station worker 2.

Also for my life of me, i can't find the missing power worker no.1. i have circled the hill where he left the red tool box. Just can't find him??  

I'm on ps4.

there are 2 bodies there up the valley

i couldn't loot them myself but the worker himself...

Ahh thank you. Got this part. Icon look like it was on*top floor

now onto the bridge again. See if that works

never had any trouble with the bridge

tbh i only used it when i was stalked by a non pack wolf...

I found guy 1, Then I went to the bridge lined up with it & just ran it, it worked that time. Hopefully it works for you.

It happened to me as well. Unfortunately you have to make progress in the game. The bridge will be unlocked later in the game. Quite breaking the immersion though.
