Question about screenshots

I've seen other members post screenshots without the HUD visible and the only ways that I know how to take a screen shot is the F12 key and the "PrintScreen" key which does the same thing only with that, I have to paste it into ms paint and then save it that way which is annoying. How do I take a screenshot without the HUD showing and is there a shortcut key for it?

F10 by default, although you can map it to whatever you want in the key bindings under the options menu.

Edit: Nope, you can't re-bind it.  Nevermind!
