Help with Video Format

I have successfully uploaded and attached .mp4 videos in the past, but cannot now.  I've tried .mp4 and .mov without success.  I get a message: "No video with supported format and MIME type found".  If there is a particular codec I should use, or something else, please let me know.

EDIT:  Nm.  I loaded the videos into an editor and saved as .mp4 with the H.264/ACC mp4 format and that seems to work.
