Bleak Inlet: minor spoiler question

I haven't played since Bleak Inlet was introduced.  So, first thing I'm doing is starting there on Stalker.  I like to explore a new area, but I don't pleasure an exhaustive search to prove a negative.  So my question is quite limited and simple:

Can I reach the radio tower if I start, and never leave, Bleak Inlet?

Please, I'm not looking for futher information than a Yes/No from the non-extreme Mountain Goat community.  I don't want to know how.  I just want to know if it's possible.

Make sure you choose your own ground to your own advantage with timberwolves. You hunt them, not the other way around. 😉
