Is it possible for their to be multiple polaroids / vistas for a single region?

In the journal, the number of total polaroids is 11. As far as I'm aware, there are only nine regions. Are there polaroids for some transistion zones, or can there be multiple polaroids and vista locations in a single region to find? Any replies are much appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, in my current save I have 2 sets of duplicate polaroids for both Bleak Inlet and Forlorn Muskeg (excluding the one corresponding to another vista in FM so I have like 3 polaroids just for FM).

ML FM TWM, two vistas each. CH PV MT HRV BI, one vista each.

Total 11 vistas Corresponding to 11/11.

None for BR and DP or just not found.
