Dougydoug37
I think it would be nice if bonfires were added to the game. It could take more firewood and tinder to start the fire, but it could last longer, give off more heat, and you could cook more at one time around it.
CODEwater208
cool idea, would be useful for harvesting a large animal like a moose or bear. Also would be useful for cooking large amounts of food after a successful hunt. I think it would be cool if you had to have a set amount of wood to build the fire and then could light it. like spend 30 minutes building the fire, light it and then once it is lit you could add more wood to keep it going.
Dougydoug37
I like that idea of spending time to build up the fire. And yeah, it might end up taking more wood in total so you wouldn’t want to use it for every time you need a fire, just after a successful hunt. ManicManiac
I think we already have plenty of ways to get warmth. I just don't think bonfires crafted by the player would be all that practice and certainly not necessary. I just don't think they would add any significant gameplay value (especially when we consider the time, resources, and rebalancing that would likely be need in order to implement). For me... no thank you, on the subject of bonfires.
