Wintermute Cinematic Intro - New Character Theories

I spy with my little eye...

So this as-yet unnamed character appears in the opening cinematic upon starting a new Wintermute game, and there's a few easter-eggs to be spotted.

First, the variety of equipment in the background suggests this person is a researcher of some description.

Second, in the shadows of the upper left of the image appears to be the outline of some variety of telescope.

Any guesses when this NPC will appear in the game?

I think it's possible that she could show up in episode 3. Going off memory here so I could be forgetting stuff but I do think she is shown to be inside Signal Hill which is in Pleasant Valley. Episode 3 is confirmed in the to take place in Pleasant Valley in the March 2019 Dev Diary, so if she is inside Signal Hill than we will more than likely be bumping into her during the duration of said episode.

Oh that's definitely not signal hill, unless they plan to completely overhaul it for Episode 3.  That screenshot shows the interior of an astronomic observatory.  The equipment in the back on the left is a telescope.
