car battery removel

I heard about removing car battery's but I do not know how to

Not all of them can be removed. Right click the battery, and if it turns green, you can pick it up and move it, like any other item in the game that you can move around. You can place them on the ground to make trail markers, or on top of the car to mark it as searched, make interesting screenshots with them. But they serve no other purpose right now. We can't use them for anything "helpful".

Like ThePancakeLady said, not all of them can be removed. Truck batteries are a no-go, but unless a hood is damaged, you should be able to right click them out of cars.
