Add confirm dialog to drinking unsafe water/eating raw stuff

Just died on a 40 day+ run from accidentally drinking unsafe water.

Sometimes I eat five raw rabbits in a row - no need for such a dialog, especially it's written in food description.

I wouldn't want a confirmation either, but maybe as an compromise items that are not safe could have some indication (other color or something?) to make them stand out more so you won't select them as easily? On the other hand, TLD is about letting the player make such mistakes so that might not work.

you don't necessarily die from drinking unsafe water so a confirm dialog is not needed. there's not even a confirm dialog when you reload the savegame or quit (or did they add it?). in real life, there's no confirm dialog if you accidentally drink unsafe water.

There is also no inventory interface IRL that makes taking off/putting on clothes so clunky, but we have to draw the line between realism and gameplay somewhere

That aside, I really don't think a confirmation dialogue box would serve much purpose either, but rather just take away from the experience. It just pays to be extra careful to what you have selected before you hit drink/eat.

what i meant with that is: it can happen in real life that you accidentally drink unsafe water, and adding a confirm dialog would be hand holding, something the game wants to avoid.
