Magnifying lense

Hi there,

Since I only find that lense in trappers homestead, I wonder if there are any other spawns on the map?

(Not speaking of coastal now)

It's a very useful tool in lategame.

I've also only found it once at Trapper's

Same, so far the only place I have found it is the Trapper's Homestead, and I've started a new game and looted just about everything on Mystery Lake since the most recent update.

You say it's very useful, but I can't quite figure out how to use it :oops:

Also, I've found it about 50% of the time when I go to Trapper's homestead, not that rare for me

You must be very lucky then. It's more like 1 in 10 games for me.

You can use the magnifying glass when you are outside and the sun is shining. You can than select the magnifying glass as the fire starter in stead of matches. It can save you a lot of matches and after all the matches (and fire strikers) are gone it's your only way of making a fire and thus the only way to boil water and cook food.
