Arrows acting odd on XBOX 1

I decided to post this here and not on the bug list because i'm not to sure whether on not its ACTUALLY a bug, just wanted some conformation. Anyway, I decided I would get out of my comfort zone and start using a survival bow. While practicing with shooting and such I decided I would attempt to shoot some bunnies and deer. When I releases the trigger my arrows did the whole shooting animation and such, but when it hit the ground they just disappeared. I looked all over the unnamed pond and I couldn't find my arrows anywhere. I decided to test it out and when I shot a couple arrows into the ground they appeared there normally, but some hit the ground then clipped into the said ground. I saw them physically disappear before my eyes. I reloaded a save so I wouldn't have to lose all the arrows but still, I know the bow is difficult to use, but is it so difficult that my arrows get stuck in the ground if I accidentally miss?

This is a bug that has recently come up. There's a hotfix for it, but it might not be out yet on Xbox. You should have it soon.
