Interface enhancement: Crafting screen hotkey + radial

A hotkey and radial menu entry for the Crafting screen would be a great little "convenience" addition.

I'm pretty sure there used to be a radial menu item for crafting basic items but it may have been replaced by the far more useless mapping items.

Yeah, I've been wondering this too.  I usually go to the journal and switch to crafting from there.  I've been assuming there's an easier way, but haven't found it.  It's not like there's a shortage of keys on the keyboard.
