Tiny Addition

So, the other day it snowed, but it happened to be warmer than usual outside and found my winter coat getting soaked because of it. I think it might be interesting to add something like that in the game, like if the weather is warmer that your boots (if you're walking) and coat (if it's snowing) will get wetter faster. I don't know, it might add another challenge for those looking for more depth to their playthroughs.

Doesn't that already happen?  You get wet, and your clothes freeze, or am I missing something?
