Is anyone else having trouble with the tumblars?

I have the code. I can trip the first one, but can't get past there to click the send and third ones.

The small safe opened ok.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something very obvious?

Are you turning the number switch to right, left and right etc

Once I had the code the vault opened up automatically for me.

I'm turning the dial the same way as the small safe (I have played sandbox for a long time).

I have the code

counter clockwise (tumbler 1) 

clockwise (tumbler 2)

counter clockwise (tumbler 3)

but sometimes I've seen a safe start with clockwise...but not the vault.

The control room door in the dam opens automatically when you have the code.  The bank vault safe does not.
