Game seems very unstable on PS4 since 1.04

Over the last couple of days I've seen more and more posts from players having crashes on PS4. Usually occurs going through a load screen. After v1.04 mine started crashing on every 10-12th load screen. Mostly going into and out of cabins/trailers and once going into FM. It has finally corrupted my file and I've lost a 75ish day character on a crash going into Camp Office. I have about 800hrs on PC with multiple 100+ day Interloper runs. The game seems very unstable after the update.
