I fell out of the world through the bank vault floor

So I was entering the bank vault in Milton for the second time. I fell through the floor into a white void and could see the bottom of the building fall away from me. And no...I haven't been smoking anything funny. After falling for about 3 seconds I fall bank into the bank but slightly away from the door. This is repeatable. I'll post a video of this tomorrow to the forum as it's pretty funny.  I've attached a still for now.

Oh man.. not again.. this kind of thing has been a known bug for 3 months now.. I was hoping the 1.0 release would have fixed it.

You can also fall through the floor at the farm while looking for a key, I have had both happen.

I had the same thing happen to me in the Orca gas station. Guess some collision mesh isn't fully airtight :-)

Hope it could be fixed: patches coming nice and quick the last few days! Yay, actual developer with a heart!

I walked into the vault thinking "what a great opportunity to have a big cache of stuff".... nope, not even a hole in the floor for me.   On Xbox, I seem to be getting randomly kicked out leaving buildings....better than falling through the floor.
