Apparently there are over 50,000 abandoned mine shafts in Australia, and there are 100's of thousands of small opal mine shafts.

Coober Pedy apparently has over 200,000 holes on the ground. So don't go walking off in the middle night their.

Yes! This is such a cool idea. I can't wait to die because I fell into a mineshaft! haha :D
