Rifle upgrades

Scope: harvesting binoculars will give you 2 scopes.

Bayonet: made from scrap metal. (Story mode only)

Rifle upgrades could very well be a reasonable addition to the game, although harvesting binoculars will most likely not result in a proper rifle scope, I'd rather have a findable one.

Here's some others I could see happening:

• Longer barrel: Increases weight and accuracy
• Bipod: Greatly increases accuracy while crouched near some objects to rest the bipod on

you can't make a scope out of binoculars, it doesn't have a reticle aka crosshairs.  Also, let's say you find a way to give it crosshairs.  You don't have a way of adjusting it.

Longer barrel?  You mean like you find a brand new barrel that has it's chamber cut for the same cartridge, and is threaded for the same receiver?  I suppose it's possible.  But longer barrels don't increase accuracy,

Bipod would be a good one though.   There'd have to be a way to go prone though.  Another would be a sling, which can be used in certain ways to increase stability.
