Cleaning rifle after reaching 100% condition

When you're cleaning the rifle, after reaching 100 % condition, the 'CLEAN' option dissappear, but if you select 'HARVEST' it acts like 'CLEAN', asking for a cleaning kit, and even increasing your rifle skills. You can check this (very bad) video I made.
