heavy wind makes you fall on the ice?/depends on footwear

just wondering if the wind is strong enough to make you fall on the ice it should do right if running what do you think?

depend of you footwear? yes! that would be good!

i.e if your wearing crap footwear you slip/slide all over the ice compared to crafted foot wear. also maybe any light wind make it happen, more of a thing with crap foot wear?

haha will that work on the ice? but its works on deep snow  i dont think they made that in the game
