Physical fitness awards after X days

Lets face it, if you are ever placed in a survival situation and manage to live long enough your going to loose fat and gain muscle. Plodding through snow with a heavy pack, chopping wood, eating high protein venison etc is going to toughen you up after a while.

I propose an achievement system based on this as follows.

20 days +1kg carried

30 days +1kg carried

40 days +1kg carried

50 days +2kg carried

For a maximum of +5kg to carrying capacity before becoming encumbered.
