XBOX - Arrowheads?

I'm very new to this game and have only played on my XBOX One. How does one acquire arrow heads? Are they created? Because I don't see the recipe at the work bench.

Arrowheads, broken arrows, and fully crafted bows and arrows are rare items that can spawn across all regions. Additionally, you can travel to Desolation Point and use the forge to craft arrowheads yourself. Hope that helps.
