what is the upgrade 282 all about :?:

Correct. Sort of. Halloween themed menu was inserted with v0.280 to start on Oct 30th but caused a bug that constantly held the rotation of the earth at two hours til sunrise. v0.282 was the hotfix to get the world turning again.

A patch, the issue started the 29th after the Halloween screen was introduced. Everyone was stuck with no time progression, Thankfully the patch didn't cause any saved game loss.

The issue could have been resolved quicker had Microsoft not sat on the fix (they had to ok it).
