Container Status Labels

I don't think a container should be labeled as locked until you've tried opening it.

And when you try to open a locked locker and you don't have a crowbar, it telling you that you need one is kinda tipping your hand. Eventually they'll discover the crowbar and figure out it's use.

This makes a lot of sense... there would be no way to tell if a container is locked by observation unless there was a visible padlock or something similar. Also agreed on the "help" text there... especially since we'll most likely have other items that can force open locked containers. I just saw bolt cutters go into the game yesterday in fact.

Easy changes to make too.
