I have a similar issue with snow on the roads - playing on 'low' visual quality level - where the demarcation between the snow and the pavement seems to jump around a bit.

It's probably not just the roads, but that's where it stands out because of the contrast.

I wish I could show you, but I'm not a gif-buff.

octavian: There isn't much we can do about the lensing affect I'm afraid :/

TWM: I'll look into this. There was a definitely a fix for Ultra but maybe it wasn't implemented for low quality.
