Two transition zones from PV

Hello all.....are there two transition zones from Pleasant Valley to the other two maps or just one circular route now? I came into PV from ML, but I would like to go direct to CH, but I cant seem to find the old route anymore.

There should be two transition zones. I'm in Coastal Highway right now, and I can get to the abandoned mine just fine, which leads to Pleasant Valley.

But I've seen players try to find the way back from Pleasant Valley to the abandoned mine, and it's very easy to overlook the way up to the abandoned mine and take a wrong turn.

Thanks TWM....that is the transition zone I remember I will go back and have a look for it, I am having a hell of a time finding the one I came through from Carter dam, but I will keep searching.

The path back to Carter Dam from Pleasant Valley is underneath an overhanging bended tree, to the left somewhere between the bridge and Signal Hill.

Here's a video of Joopsie going back from Signal Hill to Carter Dam. The cave back is hard to spot though. You have to know what you're looking for and where to look.
