Is my map correct?

I made this map connections sheet a long time ago and have just been adding to it over the years. I wanted a general idea of which areas connected to the next without using the spoiler maps. With the addition of Tales, I'm not sure its accurate anymore. If there's any mistakes in the layout of the newer areas, please let me know so I can fix it. Thanks!

Its only lacks "Zone of Contamination" which currently connects to Transfer Pass amd Forsaken Airfield.

Does TWM connect directly to BLK? Or does it connect to Keepers Pass?

Yes. TWM connects directly to Blackrock. It doesn't connect to KP.
