I think I found a bug, but i'm not sure if this is an actual item spawn

During an aurora, i went into ravine for the first time, and i think the game didn't generate the ravaged deer carcass next to the rope climb, because prey animals don't spawn during auroras.

Has anyone found this broken arrow laying around? I always find it lodged into the ravaged deer carcass that spawns there, never by itself
