For a regularly-updated list of high-priority issues, please visit the Known Issues page on our Support Portal. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, but it provides a starting point to view current issues by platform. If you encounter an issue while playing the game, please use this resource as a reference to access workarounds, or to help determine whether you need to file a ticket. 

We are also happy to assist you via the Support Portal. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, though we do occasionally experience a high ticket volume which may impact our response times.
