15% off for the first week???

The March dev diary said the expansion was going to be 15% off for the first week after release for consoles. 

The PlayStation store isn't showing any sort of discount as of today... unless 19.99 IS the discount price?

I know a couple bucks isn't a big deal, but it is when you're super poor and trying to justify a splurge.
