Installing game on new PC

Hi, 

My PC had a fatal crash with the HD chewing itself up. I've since bought a new PC and have installed The Long Dark. I didn't expect any saved games including Wintermute to remain but I've also lost all my perks for the 400+ hours i've put in. 

Is there any way to get these restored to my game profile?. In particular I am missing +2 to temperature.

If you have cloud saves enabled, you can sync your saves. 

If you didn't have that enabled, or it didn't work, you can still access the physical files where your save data was stored, and copy it over.
But it sounds like that data isn't accessible anymore haha
